- Thinly sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1/3 avocado, diced
- Drizzle of grape seed oil (less saturated fat than EVOO)
- Aged balsamic vinegar (sweeter when aged)
- Wheat toast
- Kashi oatmeal dark chocolate chip cookie
- Water
